The COVID-19 Assessment Centre provides screening, assessment and testing for individuals in East Toronto at Michael Garron Hospital.
Symptomatic COVID-19 testing is by walk-in only from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Please note the line may be closed earlier if capacity is reached.
Asymptomatic COVID-19 testing can be booked by calling 416-469-6858.
Call centre open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. If you have a health card, please have it ready when you call.
COVID-19 ASSESSMENT CENTRE: EAST TORONTO
Location: 825 Coxwell Avenue. Entrance is off of Mortimer Avenue, west of the Emergency Department.
Office Hours: Open daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The COVID-19 Assessment Centre cannot be accessed from inside of the Hospital. The entrance is located on the north side of the building off of Mortimer Avenue, west of the Emergency Department.
COVID-19 POP-UP TESTING SITE: TAYLOR-MASSEY (CRESCENT TOWN)
Location: Crescent Town Health Centre (4 The Market Place)
December Hours: Open every Monday to Wednesday, from 1-6:30 p.m.
COVID-19 testing for all ages. Please note, testing hours may finish earlier depending on client volumes.
